IT Business Analyst (Geneva)

Geneva (Switzerland)
English fluent, French is a +
4-5 years of experience as a BA, needs to be very close to the development team (NOT a BA more focus on ERP rollouts/deployments etc.)
Communicative, proactive, autonomous
Salary : 110 000 - 120 000 CHF



Tasks

* Collection and translation of business requirements into specifications in close collaboration with business stakeholders
* Facilitation of the design, testing, development, implementation, and maintenance of the software applications
* Close collaboration with the developer team, the Product Owners and the IT Manager
* Definition and design of the solutions
* Monitoring and reporting deliverables, identifications of the risks/opportunities
* Meeting presentations
* You will take leadership and/or participate in testing of our IT applications to ensure business requirements have been met and the software is error free


Profile

* 4/5 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT software industry. (Uses cases, Business Rules definition, workshop management…)
* Data Modelling knowledge, Test methodologies and MS Office knowledge
* Fluency in English, French is a +
* Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team onsite and remote
