Dynamics CRM Support Administrator - London - £35k
A well-established membership body are looking for a D365 CE Administrator to join their in-house team.
You will liaise with end users to gain an understanding of what is required from the system and then provide 1st and 2nd line support on D365 CRM. You will proactively customise and configure D365 CRM to ensure the system is functioning optimally.
To apply, you should have:
- Strong product knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and CRM, versions 2016 and D365 CE are desirable.
- Confident with customising and configuring Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Experience in working with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support on CRM.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
