Microsoft 365 Support Manager
Support Manager - Up to £50k
Microsoft Gold Partner is experiencing unprecedented growth across all areas of the business and are expanding their Microsoft 365 managed support services team. As a business they look after a varied number of clients cloud services from small, medium to enterprise size companies. Specific focus within Public Sector, Healthcare and the Oil and Gas industries although they are not industry aligned.
This role will be based in the Service Desk under the direction of the Client Services Manager and offers the chance to work for an fast paced organisation with excellent training and development opportunities. The Support Manager will manage a team of technical support analysts who will provide first line support and escalation to senior technical resources for 2nd and 3rd line action when required.
- Managing helpdesks for IT services. (Freshdesk and Zendesk)
- M365 and related Microsoft technologies / products (SharePoint, Teams, SQL Server, Azure)
- Team leadership / management experience
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have the following technologies:
- Services Management experience (ITIL)
