A prestigious client, who is the global leader in the financial sector are looking for a Help Desk Agent to join their team!

They are looking for someone who takes ownership in providing high resolution rates, delivering excellent customer service and thrives off a busy, fast-paced environment.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

- Work in a fully virtualized, dynamic environment

- Work with a variety of frameworks and processes which will elevate your CV and experience

- Work within a team that has an 80% resolution rate at the desk

- Work with the latest technologies

- Receive training which will help you expand your IT skills and knowledge

Skills they are looking for are: Windows, VDI, VMare, OfficeSuite, Office365.

Technologies you will get the chance to work with are: Messaging (Exchange, Lync, Proofpoint), SharePoint, Mac, Unix, Voice, Mobile, Jira


- Minimum 2 years as a Help Desk Agent

- College degree preferred

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
