A growing Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Head of Managed Services to join their practice and to lead their managed services team. The role is offering up to £75,000 as well as a bonus (up to 10% of salary).
You will lead a team of managed services consultants dedicated to several large customers. The team is responsible for on-going maintenance, change requests and small projects aimed to fix/optimise Dynamics 365 CE systems for key clients with managed services contracts. You will manage the work load and change requests for several consultants and act as an escalation point for any queries. On top of internal management you will be the main point of contact for clients where you will have to build relationships and manage expectations for timeframes of deliverables. You will provide guidance and recommendations for customers and monitor/improve client satisfaction.
The requirements are…
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
- Experience managing IT teams - support or managed services teams is advantageous
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Familiarity with managed services operations
