D365/BC Support Lead -£40-£45K
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Dynamics NAV Support Specialist to join a recognised Gold Partner that is literally going from strength to strength. You will have the opportunity to work on the latest D365/BC projects and training will also be giving extending your knowledge even further.
As my client is an award winning partner it is really important for this candidate to be able to handle pressure and pace Alongside leading your own in team efficiently.
As a leader you will be expected to monitor at least 6-10 staff at one time so confidence as well as knowledge is key.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 Years providing Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV latest versions
- Consulting experience with NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central products
- Experience with 1st to 3rd Line Support
- Experience with Troubleshooting, Debugging and Basic Modifications
- Knowledge in Supporting D365/BC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Assisting the NAV Application Manager with reporting duties as required
- Upgraded to D365/BC so you will part of the latest technologies
- Opportunity to grow within the company
- Training around D365/BC will be given
