A Central London based Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to join their growing practice. Fresh off the back of a successful 2019, their 3rd consecutive record year, they are looking to grow their support desk to keep up with their massively growing client base.
This is the best time to join this Partner as they've recently had several industry veterans join in strategic roles as they take the practice to the next level. You'll work with a large client base, primarily within the membership sector supporting a range of Dynamics 365 issues. It's a great chance to either build on your customisation and configuration skills or to start learning them. You'll work amongst an experienced team with mentoring from experienced support consultants. On top of this you'll have a personalised progression plan within the business, whether you want to move into development or consultancy -they will listen to what you want.
The requirements include…
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support
- Customisation and configuration skills are advantageous
- Strong communication and teamworking ability
