Live requirement for a passionate Account Manager, with experience in an business system provider environment, for an interesting new role with a tier one Microsoft solution provider. Based in the Birmingham/ West Midlands area, my client are looking to grow there team with an account manager who can assist in managing a diverse client base - guiding stakeholders, ensuring successful customer relationships are forged, efficient market intel is exchanged, and to fundamentally ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
This role is office based in the Birmingham area, with flexibility offered around home working/ working hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- High level stakeholder management - managing relations remotely and face to face
- Coordinating internally to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively
- Customer guidance surrounding the market and project time lines
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in an Account Management role, within a B2B business software environment
- Construction industry experience (preferable)
- Strong analysis skills - ability to understand business processes and offer advice
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - strong stakeholder management expertise
- Competitive base salary package up to £45k
