This Microsoft Partner is looking to expand their team of Level 1 - Level 3 IT Support with a vision of them progressing into a junior consultancy role.
Level 1 - Level 3
With multiple support Levels available, your work will leave an impressionable impact within the Managed Services department delivering solutions for users. You will be someone who takes ownership of the work around you and your drive to progress further will show through.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working closely with the rest of the IT Support team to troubleshoot Microsoft and Azure related incidents
- Performing support work for the firm's Managed Services
- Problem solving, application support and configurations across servers, networks, and infrastructure
Skills & Qualifications
- Australian PR
- Great communicator experienced in customer service and passionate to develop your career to live in the cloud space!
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience managing the Azure platform (AD management, migrations to cloud)
- Extensive work with Microsoft Stack
- Clear Progression Plan
