A leading Oracle partner is looking for someone to grow new business in the midwest. This firm is a leading business software consulting firm, providing cloud based ERP,and EPM solutions to its clients. Candidates must Posess a hunter mentality with a track record of selling Oracle cloud ERP or EPM. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to hunt for new business in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have a successful record of growing new business and developing strong client relationships. You will be primarily selling cloud based ERP to Mid sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conceptual selling and the sale of services as well.

The Role*Responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales projects and prospects *Lead and personally undertake sales activities from initial prospecting and opportunity identification, to sales closure *Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling *Present a realistic and well-controlled forecast based on continuous pipeline generation and management *Maintain a solid knowledge of the company's solutions, and supporting services *Define, present, and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objective

Requirements

*Proven sales hunter and closer *1-5 years' experience in ERP/EPM software sales *Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales in the mid-market *Self-motivating, independent, and charismatic person *Demonstrated ability to articulate business value and vision to sell enterprise software solutions *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
