Returnship Programme

A return-to-work initiative supported by Microsoft

Are you a business technology professional with ERP or CRM experience looking to return to work following a career break? Or do you know someone who is?

Following the success of last year’s Microsoft Dynamics returnship program, Microsoft and a group of their strategic partners are re-launching the program to help a new group of professionals back into the workplace. This unique return-to-work initiative aims to propel IT professionals who’ve taken a career break back to work, and into an exciting, permanent new career in IT consultancy.

Participants in the Diversity in Dynamics scheme will undertake a 16-week programme which includes extensive Dynamics 365 training created by Microsoft, and hands-on, practical training on-site with a key Microsoft Gold partner.

This is a paid opportunity, with the expectation that at the end of your training, you will receive the offer of a permanent position with one of our partners.

Returners will be supported throughout the upskilling period with support and mentoring from their placement partner and Frank Recruitment Group, to ensure they receive the best possible start in their new careers.

Last year’s programme helped a number of professionals reignite their careers, many of whom have gone on to enjoy permanent employment with their placement partners, and continue to progress in their new careers. The initiative was also shortlisted for E-Skills Initiative of the Year at 2018’s Women in IT Awards.

Please note, this programme is only open to those who have the right to work in the UK.

"Returning to work can be extremely challenging, especially emotionally as you try to achieve a work/life balance. In my case, Technology Management has been brilliant and has ensured that any roadblock, be it my son falling ill on the second day of the course or accommodating flexi-time to attend my daughter’s school activities, was sorted in the best possible way.

""Frank Recruitment Group ensured I was settling in and acted as a great guide. They made sure that the transition from a full-time mom into full-time work was well supported. Without that support and understanding, I may not have been able to show the degree of potential in such a short span, which has resulted in me being appointed as a Project Manager at Technology Management."

"Promoting a diverse workforce while building capacity to meet the great demand for Dynamics skills are both key pillars to the long term success of our Dynamics business. I look forward to the results from this innovative programme, especially as it provides support and training for individuals with a desire to work in an exciting, fast paced industry at the forefront of business applications. This should be a win-win – our partners and customers gain experienced real world skills that can ramp up quickly and these individuals are able to re-join the workforce in a safe and structured manner."
