Find out how our Microsoft-supported return-to-work initiative can help reignite your career

Are you a business technology professional with ERP or CRM experience looking to return to work following a career break? Or do you know someone who is?

Following the success of last year’s Microsoft Dynamics returnship program, Microsoft and a group of their strategic partners are re-launching the program to help a new group of professionals back into the workplace. This unique return-to-work initiative aims to propel IT professionals who’ve taken a career break back to work, and into an exciting, permanent new career in IT consultancy.

Participants in the Diversity in Dynamics scheme will undertake a 16-week programme which includes extensive Dynamics 365 training created by Microsoft, and hands-on, practical training on-site with a key Microsoft Gold partner.

This is a paid opportunity, with the expectation that at the end of your training, you will receive the offer of a permanent position with one of our partners.

Returners will be supported throughout the upskilling period with support and mentoring from their placement partner and Frank Recruitment Group, to ensure they receive the best possible start in their new careers.

Last year’s programme helped a number of professionals reignite their careers, many of whom have gone on to enjoy permanent employment with their placement partners, and continue to progress in their new careers. The initiative was also shortlisted for E-Skills Initiative of the Year at 2018’s Women in IT Awards.

Please note, this programme is only open to those who have the right to work in the UK.

To be eligible for this opportunity you must:

  • Have been out of the workplace for 2 or more years
  • Have experience with ERP and/or CRM solutions, in a Professional Services, Accounting, Procurement, Retail or Customer Services environment
  • Enjoy working face-to-face with customers
  • Have a keen interest in IT and keeping up to date with new technologies
  • Have a talent for problem-solving and negotiating
  • Be keen to return to work full-time
  • Be able to travel to client sites and various locations throughout the UK
  • Have the right to work in the UK

You will receive:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 training throughout a 16-week course
  • Mentoring and coaching with one of our Microsoft Gold partner organisations
  • A foot in the door of some of the world’s most-reputable Dynamics CRM organizations
  • Employability skills training such as Excel, CV writing, and interview and presentation techniques
  • Professional skills development, and ongoing support throughout your entire Diversity in Dynamics journey
