Controller (MS Dynamics) - Tampa, Florida - $100-120K

Job Description

We are actively working with a leading company in the automotive space based out of the beautiful Clearwater actively on the lookout for a Senior Controller to lead the Finance and Accounting teams for a company that has continuously grown in the last 5 years. This role will be on site and is responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing internal controls, tax support, and providing guidance to an accounting team of 4 reporting in to stakeholders and a CFO.

Skills Needed:

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance.
* At least 5-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role reporting in to a CFO
* Experience in a public accounting firm and/or in a corporate setting with exposure to both financial and managerial accounting.
* Must have experience with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Great Plains
* Experience with tax accounting, compliance and working with the CFO to ensure the company's total financial health
* Experience in ensuring all financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements
* Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes with a team.
* CPA license is required
* Strong knowledge of GAAP.
