What You'll Do:

* Architect and Build: Develop core systems for efficient document distribution and lifecycle management using Java11, Spring, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
* Lead and Mentor: Guide a team in pair programming and Extreme Programming (XP) practices, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
* Ensure Quality: Oversee extensive testing, batch processing, and error-free deployment. Your work is crucial to avoid costly errors in transaction processing.
* Collaborate Closely: Work with implementation teams and participate in daily knowledge-sharing sessions, embracing team ownership of all tasks.

Ideal Experience:

* Java & Spring Expertise: 10+ years in Java development, with Spring, relational databases, and ORM (JPA/Hibernate).
* Finance or Nordic Market Insight: Experience in invoicing or debt collection for Nordic clients is a plus.
* Modern DevOps Skills: Strong knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Bash, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
* XP & Pair Programming: A fan of collaboration, familiar with Continuous Delivery, and well-versed in testing practices (JUnit/Spock).
