Business Central Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join our client's growing team in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients across various industries. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact by improving business processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the functional implementation and optimization of Business Central for clients.
* Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and map business processes to the software.
* Configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of clients in areas such as finance, inventory, and manufacturing.
* Work closely with technical consultants to ensure smooth integration and data migration.
* Provide end-user training and documentation for new system users.
* Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure client success.
* Participate in client meetings, provide expert advice, and guide business leaders on best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 3+ years of experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant.
* Strong understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
* Proven experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
* Ability to work directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is essential.

Preferred Skills:

* Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
* Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
