C++ Developer, B2B, Remote, Contract

We are looking for a skilled C++ Software Engineers to join international team on initial, 6 Months contract.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Develop and enhance real-time, multi-threaded server-side applications using C++ and other programming languages
* Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust, high-performance trading software features
* Contribute to product documentation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability
* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvements
* Troubleshoot complex issues, analyse performance, and optimise resource management in high-throughput, low-latency environments

Skills and Experience:

* Over 5 years experience in modern C++ development, with a strong foundation in building multi-threaded, high-performance applications
* Proficiency in object-oriented design, advanced debugging techniques, and performance optimisation
* A collaborative, proactive team player with the ability to interpret business requirements and develop effective technical solutions
* Fluent English
* Experience within trading or financial systems is a plus, along with familiarity with Linux and knowledge of Python or Scala
