We are working with a leading pharmaceutical testing company based in Stockholm, committed to delivering outstanding services and striving for ethical practice and sustainability.

As a D365 CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and expanding the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, implement, and support CRM solutions that drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

* Configure, customise, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements.
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into scalable CRM solutions.
* Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.
* Collaborate with IT teams on integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems.
* Conduct regular system health checks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as needed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CRM updates and features, recommending and implementing improvements.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) in an implementation or support role.
* Technical Skills: Strong skills in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CRM, including work-flows, plugins, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience with integrations (e.g., APIs, Azure Logic Apps) and a basic understanding of SQL and data migration.
* Experience working in an end-user environment is desirable but not essential.
* Swedish and English speaking is required.

Why Apply?

* A dynamic and collaborative workplace with a strong commitment to professional growth.
* The opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive real business transformation.
* A competitive salary and benefits package.
* Hybrid working model.
* A central Stockholm office with excellent amenities and a vibrant company culture.
