Position: Senior .NET Consultant

Role Overview: The company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Consultants to join their team in Sandvika. The Senior .NET Consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge .NET applications for diverse clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging their expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
* Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
* Solid understanding of database design and SQL.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
* Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
