One of my most popular clients has just opened up an exclusive role as a Senior Java/AWS Developer for a product company in Trollhättan, focussing on AI and leading the way in their sector. In this position you would work cohesively within an experienced development team on projects, utilising the latest techniques and technologies such as Java, Spring, Kotlin, Microservices, AWS, Terraform, Docker and modern JavaScript.. You will work cohesively within an experienced development team on greenfield projects, constantly evaluating new techniques and technologies that could improve their solutions.

My client is looking for someone to provide sincere guidance and direction to the development department, and be responsible for new solutions the team will develop. Therefore, they are more like a family and promote a great environment for knowledge sharing, bouncing ideas off each other and collaboration within their team. This will provide you with a great platform to expand your skill set by learning from extremely competent senior developers, alongside taking funded certifications. Due to the growth potential at this company you would have significant influence on the direction of the company and could move into a management position without needing prior experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Widespread experience with Java and Kotlin
* Solid database knowledge (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
* Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI, CD, build pipelines)
* Strong passion for development and not afraid to influence technical decisions.
* Front end experience would also be beneficial.
* Familiar working with Scrum and Sprints.
* Ambition to progress towards tech lead.
* Fluent Swedish speaking, reading & writing skills.
* Able to work onsite in Trollhatten a few days a week.
