Job Opportunity: Director of Sales/Marketing

Salary: USD 200,000

Location: Remote (Headquartered in Texas, United States)

Nigel Frank International, a leading IT recruitment company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales/Marketing on behalf of our esteemed client, a Partner in Management Consulting. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the sales and marketing strategy for our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

* Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

* Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.

* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to support business development efforts.

* Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing campaigns, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support organizational objectives.

* Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.



Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to specific market segments and client needs.

* Experience building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, with a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

* Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in building up an F&O Practice, is highly advantageous.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change, taking initiative, and seizing new opportunities.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
