Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our client's cutting-edge products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to design and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct thorough test cases, and identify potential defects. Your meticulous eye for detail will be pivotal in ensuring that their software and systems meet the highest standards of quality.

Must be Finnish speaking and currently hold a valid work permit in Finland!

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.

✅ Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.

✅ Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

✅ Perform regression testing to maintain product stability.

✅ Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks.

✅ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging QA best practices.

👩‍💻 Qualifications:

✔️ Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing. ✔️ Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). ✔️ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. ✔️ Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus. ✔️ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ✔️ Strong communication and teamwork abilities. ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
