Partner Manager - Cloud, Big Data & Analytics (EMEA)

An industry-leading technology company is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive growth and strengthen strategic alliances across the EMEA region. This role focuses on managing relationships with system integrators, data warehouse, ETL, and Hadoop implementation partners, with an emphasis on cloud and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional partner strategies.
*

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners and clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
*

Identify and generate new business opportunities through partner engagement and joint prospecting.
*

Partner with account managers and presales teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver long-term success.
*

Support and implement cloud go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with partner field organizations.
*

Coordinate with marketing and Partner Solution Architects to enable and empower partner teams.
*

Lead and participate in joint field events and partner engagement initiatives.
*

Document and leverage partner programs to maximize sales and marketing impact.

Required Skills & Experience

*

10-15+ years of experience in partner management and sales, ideally within cloud, big data, or analytics.
*

Proven track record of driving partner growth and achieving measurable results.
*

Strong understanding of the Big Data, Cloud, and Analytics ecosystem.
*

Experience managing system integrators, ETL, Hadoop, and data warehouse partnerships.
*

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at the executive level.
*

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on enabling others' success.
