D365 F&O Technical Analyst


Microsoft Gold Partner seeking experienced F&O Support Analyst to join their permanent team. This role will primarily provide support to the company's clients, taking responsibility for ticketing, queries, troubleshooting and resolving user issues. This person will also assist project teams with work related to implementation, integration and system enhancement projects.


-Provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients, addressing user issues and answering questions

-Troubleshoot systems and resolve technical issues

-Provide excellent customer service and prompt assistance

-Support project development teams on implementation and enhancement projects


-At least 2 years experience providing support D365 F&O applications

-Strong systems knowledge of F&O and its modules

-Ability to troubleshoot, test and configure D365

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

This role is home based and offering a salary of £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience.

Must be living in the UK with full right to work in order to qualify.
