An established Microsoft Partner who have grown rapidly due to multiple acquisitions are looking for a D365 BC focussed Support Consultant to join their managed services team. The role is fully home based anywhere in the UK and offering £40,000.
You will join a dedicated division of the managed services team, focussing on one enterprise retail customer. They have recently went live on D365 BC across Europe and you'll be part of a team dealing with 1st and 2nd line support and handling change requests. You will also get exposure to project work, getting involved in requirements gathering and workshops to scope, design, build and deploy solutions. This is a great opportunity for a current support consultant to grow into a bigger role or to take the first step into a Partner environment.
The requirements are…
* Strong knowledge of D365 Business Central
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on D365 BC
* Retail business process knowledge is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
