One of our clients, a leading Microsoft Partner in Sydney, is currently seeking a talented and experienced D365 F&O Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Finance module of Dynamics 365 F&O, with experience in either technical or CRM aspects being beneficial.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet client needs.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O implementations.
* Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a strong focus on the Finance module. Familiarity with other modules and customization tools is a plus.
* CRM experience is beneficial
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
