A well-established organisation based in Ripley are looking for a Business Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist to join their Systems & Information team - this is a hybrid role, where you'll be required to come into their Ripley office 3 days per week.
This is a really unique role which is a combination of business analysis and hands-on technical implementation, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale business system solutions, including both brand-new business systems and major upgrades to existing business systems.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis, through to technical solution design, testing, implementation and providing end-user support. As such, this role would be well-suited to a professional who has taken responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of various technical projects.
To be suitable for this role, you will need a solid understanding of relational databases, data migration and ETL processes, to aid in the effective handling of complex systems integrations and migrations.

* Experience working on large-scale system projects across the entire project lifecycle
* Strong business analysis skills
* Requirements gathering - functional and technical
* Systems analysis and solution design
* Data migration and ETL experience
* Planning and execution of system testing
* Experience with traditional waterfall methodology, and ideally agile too
* Excellent communication
