Data Analyst - Byker

A North-East business are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong SQL and data visualisation skills to join their growing team in Byker. This is a fully office-based role, so you must live locally and be able to come into the office 5 days per week (easily accessible via the metro).

The focus of this role is working closely with business stakeholders to understand their various challenges and requirements, and create insightful reports and visualisations to provide them with valuable insight to meet their specific needs . They use a tool called Panintelligence for data visualisation, but you don't need to have prior experience with this specific tool as long as you've worked with something similar such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, for example, and are happy to pick up Panintelligence in this role!

We're looking for someone with strong SQL skills, not only to interrogate data sources, but also to write new code and create new views and tables too, so you must be very well-versed in SQL already.

Requirements:

* Strong SQL skills - both querying and development skills
* Data visualisation skills - in any tool such as Panitelligence, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
* Excellent communication and requirements gathering skills

Benefits:

* Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience with annual review
