Support Engineer - London
I am currently working with an organisation that sticks out from the rest. They are global, industry leaders that put technology at the heart of their operations. They have office across the globe and are looking for a Support Engineer to join them in their London office.
This Support Engineer will be working in collaboration with other engineers to support a base of 2000 users.
* Delivering on 1st line tickets, meeting SLAs
* Providing customer service either online or in person
* Experience working in a similar position.
* Experience using ticketing systems
Technical Experience required:
* Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Endpoint and Intune
This is a hybrid position with travel required 4 times a week into their London office.
