My client are looking for an ambitious and experienced D365 Business Central/LS Retail Support Consultant who is looking to progress into a new challenge within the Dynamics industry. The role offered is within a thriving Microsoft Gold Partner looking to grow, they have a major project pipeline with one enterprising customer in particular that needs support! The role will offer long term progression into the Microsoft Dynamics consultancy world from both a Technical or Functional perspective dependant on your preference. The opportunity will see the successful candidate play a fundamental role in the support of the Business Central/LS Retail for a large scale client.

This role is fully remote, so need to travel!

Duties:

* 1st and 2nd line support of Dynamics NAV/ 365 Business Central/LS Retail
* Lead multi-site/cross-functional workshops to identify and document business application requirements
* End to end implementation support and aftercare
* Escalate in house queries to 3rd party support teams

Requirements:

* At least 2 years support experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with 1st & 2nd line support
* LS Retail (Preferable)
