They are looking for someone who takes ownership in providing high resolution rates, delivering excellent customer service and thrives off a busy, fast-paced environment.



This role will give you the opportunity to:

Requirements:


Experience with the following technologies: Windows, VDI, VMware, OfficeSuite, Office365


Excellent customer service skills and confident speaking on the phone


Great communication skills
