Roles & Responsibilities
- Nurturing customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships
- Know your customer inside and out so you can best advise
- Work closely with your customer to improve adoption and usage of the software solution
- Run demos and training sessions confidently
- Host briefings and reviews with both your customers and internal stakeholders - feed back improvements (remotely and face to face)
