ERP Support Admin-Troy, MI

A cloud based technology company that helps organizations drive their business forward with their management solutions has seen rapid growth and is looking to add an ERP Support Specialist to their team. This is a client facing role working with clients in North America.

The Role:

-Work with customer's management and project team in smooth ensuring timely delivery of customer projects.

-Understand customer requirements clearly and develop effective project delivery solutions.

-Monitor project status and ensure project deliverables meet customer needs.

-Identify and resolve delivery issues in an accurate and timely manner.

-Develop best practices to ensure high quality and on-time project deliverables.

-Develop project delivery requirements documentations for internal technical teams.

-Provide support to customers in project deployment and integration activities.

-Evaluate, respond, and troubleshoot application and integration issues in a timely, professional, and concise manner using multiple mediums such as telephone, email, and screen share sessions.

-Follow appropriate escalation paths with internal department teams by submitting & tracking possible bugs, customization requests, and cloud environment changes.

-Document all client issues in client call resolution system.

-Track and document time spent for each incident for billing purposes.

-Communicate effectively in a team environment.

What You'll Need:

-Previous Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support work experience

-General understanding of ERP and financial systems, such as Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, Quickbooks, Netsuite, etc.

-Familiar with or general understanding of business workflows (approvals, routings, limits, etc.).

-SQL, web service, XML, and .NET knowledge a plus

-Detail-oriented individual who takes pride in fulfilling your work commitments.

-Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields

-Strong presentation and communication skills
