Job Description


A MSP based in the North of England, the company provides home and business customers across the country with fast and reliable broadband, as well as complementary services such as enterprise networking, cloud & phone. They also sell indirectly to thriving network of channel partners and wholesale network to other ISP's.


Role & Responsibilities



  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and design and document suitable solutions

  • Manage client encounters including interviews, conferences and workshops

  • Work with Sales teams to articulate key benefits of technology to clients

  • Build relationships with key clients and partners, becoming a trusted advisor

  • Structure and produce compelling sales proposals, commercial and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with the project engineering teams, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery


Skills & Qualifications



  • Significant previous experience of requirements gathering and solution design in a commercial setting

  • Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs and approaches

  • Confident presenting in a formal setting and be able to chair and take the lead in customer meetings when required

  • Able to build strong relationships with engineers, sales teams and clients from a range of professional backgrounds
