I am exclusively engaged with an award-winning MS Dynamics Consultancy who are looking to continue their impressive 2021 growth by recruiting a Head of Dynamics AX to come in and basically build a Dynamics 365 F&O team from the ground up. They are a global business with offices in both the EU and US, and a significant NAV/BC presence in the UK already. After recently securing a number of D365 F&O projects in the UK, they are now looking to invest within this space to capitalise on their extensive UK client list.

Role Overview

Your role will see you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, helping enable their customers by showing them the true value of D365 F&O and by providing guidance/expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle. Fundamentally, you will be expected to lead cutting-edge D365 engagements with some of the world's biggest brands/names, overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering a high-level of customer service at all times.

Client Travel & Remote Working

This role will be remote for the majority of the time but you will be expected to be on-site/office based when you feel it is necessary to ensure progression of the team.

Candidate Requirements

    • Tools & Tech - Extensive knowledge/experience working at a leadership level in Dynamics 365 F&O end to end implementations/post-go live. Exposure to Dynamics 365 BC/NAV, Power BI, Azure are also desirable due to the all encompassing nature of this role.

    • Stakeholder Management - Experience working directly with customers/clients (including consulting and sales work), as well as both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Leadership - Proven commercial experience leading teams/projects. Can demonstrate significant business acumen and strategic awareness within the business and potential clients/external stakeholder.
