My client are looking for Customer Success Manager to work as part of the in-house team working with client to support Microsoft Modern Workplace end users. As it stands they have a team of customer success managers working across multiple project streams, verticals and domains. This role has become available due to promotion of internal resource into a senior role.

My client are a global MSP with outstanding reputation in both Europe and Australia. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 platform including Sharepoint Online is a huge advance but not essential. You must have outstanding Stakeholder management and strong leaderships skills to succeed in this role. My client are open to someone migrating from a similar role including PM, BA or Consulting backgrounds that can prove has the above and the right motivations to move.

Experience sought:

*Understanding end user functionality (UI / UX), CMS structure and publishing, high level architecture, search protocols, and security infrastructure

*Keen awareness of latest trends, and familiarity using enterprise social, collaboration and office applications including web/cloud-based technologies

*Excellent Verbal, Presentation, Written and Interpersonal skills

* Able to use analytical tools to design dashboards to surface ongoing performance against KPI's. Show the customer how to monitor these regularly and advise on appropriate action when required
