Job Description

This is a role in which you will be providing exceptional IT support to both internal and external clients, whether that be over the phone, over email or via remote support, whilst working in a help desk environment. You will be ensuring that the customer experience is at the heart of everything you do, working for a company that prides themselves on maintaining customer satisfaction is of the highest level. You will be following a slick business service that ensures that a strong procedure is maintained for logging calls and escalating to Senior Engineers when required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the needs of customers are met and that they are being informed at all times.

  • Work effectively as part of a service teams where you will be trusted to often work unsupervised.

  • Provide effective support, identifying the fault diagnosis and giving a solution to the customer.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • ICT related qualification such as ITIL Foundation, intermediate Microsoft or CISCO qualification.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware build and repair, installing operating systems and general software, and dealing with virus infected machines.
