Director, Product Management, Delivery Platforms - $150k

As a member of the Global Product Platforms team, The Director, Delivery Platforms will be responsible for delivering against the overall product strategy and managing roadmap for global delivery tools and systems. The Director will partner heavily with cross-functional groups including Global Technology, Commercial, Global Strategic Services to implement a best in class User Experience for clients and partners. This individual will get the opportunity to directly impact the customer user experience for all of the company's current and future deliverables across all of their industries, including retail, apparel, technology and more.


  • Manage the development of current and future company products, including software platforms, APIs, and other delivery mechanisms to deliver exceptional value to their clients

  • Help unify the user experience of currently fragmented properties and products

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and user problem statements

  • Work closely with Visual Design, Technology, Product Management and clients to drive product concepts through experimentation, test and launch phases

  • Conduct user research and develop a client-informed plan to test with users

  • Assess market and client needs and competitive offerings

  • Ensure what we build continuously delivers value

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, including gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Communicate status, blockers, risks, mitigation strategies to next level manager and partner teams, as needed

  • Lead sprint planning, manage feature prioritization and identify delivery dependencies

  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, making educated recommendations to improve the user experience and product performance


  • BA/BS degree in business, market research, technical fields, operations, or other related industries; experience in a company producing analytics products a plus

  • 7-10 years of work experience in B2B or SaaS product management, developing new products (preferred) or enhancing existing ones

  • Proven leadership skills and an ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams

  • Excellent project management, organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Fluency in using data to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.

  • Understanding of web development technology

  • Experience operating in an Agile environment

  • Outstanding data analysis skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Not afraid to speak up or take risks

  • Proactive and enthusiastic
