A Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a talented, proven, and motivated Exchange/Microsoft Office 365 Engineer to join their Federal team. Candidates should have a diverse background in Messaging and Collaboration environments, primarily Microsoft, and want to expand and grow their career. This company works with various government entities that require a candidate's expertise in messaging and collaboration environments. Candidates must be able to lead and introduce new ideas and concepts to customers, while enhancing the customer experience, streamlining operations, and providing optimal security to fit the needs and requirements of the project or operations. This position is currently remote, but will require up to 25% travel on the east coast following COVID. Candidates must be able to undergo and pass a background check, and hold U.S. citizenship status.

Primary Requirements:

  • Exchange: Must have real-world, hands on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments.

  • Office 365: SME for Azure Active Directory, Azure active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Skype for Business / Teams, and other O365 workloads

  • Active Directory: Must have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD DS, GPO's etc.

  • Azure: Although not required, Azure experience is highly desired and will likely become a future requirement as this is where the industry is clearly heading

  • Certifications: Should already possess a current Microsoft Certification or be able to show proof of working towards obtaining one soon

  • Communications: Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively


  • Education: Bachelors Degree

  • Experience: 5-7 years

  • Citizenship Requirement: US Citizen

  • Clearance Required: Must be able to pass background check

  • Location: Washington, DC and surrounding major metropolitan area

  • Attitude: Must understand that we are here to help our customers succeeded and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude

  • Change: Willing to embrace new and innovative ways of meeting and solving customer needs
