Service Desk Team Leader

You will be running your own team of 5-10 people within the IT Service Desk so being Confident and outspoken with play key for this role.
As well as leading your team you will assist with resolving daily ticket issues so if you enjoy that fast pace life this is 100% the role for you.
Strong knowledge on ERP is exactly what they are looking for but Support is their main priority

Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 Years providing Support in in a leading role (IT Sector)
- 1st and 2nd Line support is essential
- 1 Year's Experience of working on an IT Service Desk
- Be able to work alone and tackle tasks proactively.
- Experience in a faced pace environment
- Show good initiative and take ownership of tasks or issue
- Knowledge Dynamics NAV is a bonus
- Skills in MAGENTO or CRM is beneficial
- Excellent communication/ stakeholder management skills
- Assisting the Manager with reporting duties as required
