Build Master, Security Software

My client's vision is to make the internet a safer place by using the right tools.

This company is small, yet well established in Sweden. Their industry-leading flagship product, brings identity and API security together, enabling highly scalable and secure user access to digital services.

Their customers are large organisations that work in the digital world that want to protect their users/customers. These customers include popular names both in Sweden and internationally.

With the development be based around the company's flagship product, this position is very important to the company, so demand is high. When building security software, the product must be solid, tested, and safe, so your responsibilities will reflect that attitude.

The Role

A Build Master here will work in this core product as part of a very senior team that is incredibly self-driven and producing a lot of code every day. The product is already well equipped but they are far from done with it so there is very little maintenance work, and instead a huge amount of greenfield development where you will be encouraged to bring your ideas to the table, participate in technical decision making, work with the entire project lifecycle, and see the impact of your work.

They work in longer sprints which last 6 weeks and they work until each feature is complete. If a feature is completed on-time it merges with the main development branch, if not the work continues on an integration branch until it is. This model allows them to provide consistent deliveries while maintaining top quality work.
