CRM Business Analyst



My wealth management client are looking for a Business Analyst with experience of implementing CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. The organisation is at the start of their CRM transformation, with the goal being to replace their legacy systems and processes with a new CRM system that allows them to better serve their members.



The ideal candidate will have experience with dealing with Financial Advisors, in terms of CRM business processes but also the wealth management processes required when interacting with them, e.g. compliance. One day per week travel into the office near Gatwick is also required.



This is a 6 month initial contract with extensions being very likely, and the role is OUTSIDE IR35.



Key Skills & Experience:



  • Experience of working within the wealth management sector, specifically in regards to Financial Advisors/ IFAs - this is a MUST

  • Heavily experienced in the entire business analysis lifecycle, with emphasis on process engineering, stakeholder management and requirements gathering

  • Experience of implementing a CRM, preferable Dynamics 365 CE

  • Experience of engaging varied stakeholders ranging in seniority, as well as closely managing the delivery of a third-party implementation partner

  • Significant RFI/ RFP experience (product and supplier selection)

  • Data migration experience - ideally you'll have the ability to show an organisation what "good" looks like (best practices and principles to follow when migrating data)
