Technical Support Engineer


Opportunity for an experienced Level 2/3 Engineer to join a growing Melbourne based Managed Services Provider and take ownership of clients and projects. As a Senior Engineer you'll be responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing L3 support across networks and systems, assisting with system builds configurations, installations (on-site or remote) and solutions delivery across Microsoft 365, Azure and Networking.


You'll have the chance to add real value to the business and work within a highly talented and dynamic team. You'll also have the choice to develop your career down a number of avenues including Consultancy, Technical Specialism (Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking), Management and various other options.


Experience required for the role:



  • Proven ability in configuring and deploying network devices such as firewalls, switches and wireless AP's.

  • Experience leading or working in a senior role to drive Office 365 migrations

  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues passed via Level 1 & 2 Engineers

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Storage and Backup Management

  • Knowledge and experience in Citrix Desktop Support

  • Understanding of Server Technology (Windows, VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix)

  • Demonstrate skills in provisions VM's into Azure (IaaS)

  • Must be a self-start and able to take ownership of work

  • Excellent communication skills
