MS Navision Support Team Lead

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years experience with NAV 2009 or higher

  • Extensive technical knowledge required

  • Sound functional knowledge required

  • 5+ years development experience with CAL

  • Business Central experience an advantage.

* Experience in leadership positions
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Soft skills: leadership, ability to work on own initiative, works well with others

Role & Responsibilities

People Management

  • Lead the team of NAV/BC support engineers

  • Personal and technical competency development of your team

Support Service Delivery

  • Ensure quality of the delivered services

  • Client management

  • Escalation management

  • 2 line support and resolution

  • Deliver upon SLA and key targets

  • Regular reporting on key targets

  • Multi-delivery group collaboration

  • Implementing continuous improvements to the support service

* Project support and BAU customer management
