Microsoft Gold Partner - D365 Customer Engagement Head of Support - Up to £80,000 - London


I'm working with a London based Microsoft Gold Partner that are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM Head of Support to join the team. My client are experiencing a steady growth in D365 CE membership projects on a SME level. My client offer tailored progression and actively fund Microsoft certifications and training.


Requirements:



  • Strong background in Dynamics CRM/365 Customer Engagement

  • Experience in line management, prioritising/ assigning tickets and dealing with clients

  • Previous experience working with a Microsoft Partner / Software solutions company


My client are offering a salary of up to £80,000 dependant on your prior Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE experience. The role will be remote initially with approx. 2/3 days per week in the London office post covid.
