Dynamics CRM Head of Support, London, £80,000 + 10% Bonus, Microsoft Gold Partner, Managing a growing support team, Opportunity to progress as the team grows, Working alongside the MD, D365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps


An established yet growing Microsoft Gold Partner are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Desk Manager to lead their support team. The role is split between home working and 2-3 days in a London office location in the future.


The role requires strong Dynamics CRM/365 knowledge to be able to lead and mentor a small but growing team of support consultants. Having excellent communication skills is essential as this role requires you to manage interactions with customers and manage expectations of customers. This is a chance to grow out a support desk and implement processes and best practice whilst you build it from the ground up. Even though there is a lot of work to be done establishing a support framework, it's a very secure role as my client have over 40 support contracts with some valued in the high six figures.


The requirements are...



  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE

  • Previous experience working with a Microsoft Partner

  • Experience managing a team of support consultants

  • Comfortable managing client interactions and managing client expectations

  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability
