Level 2 Engineer


1 Month Contract


Immediate Start


Due to continued growth an industry leader is looking to bring on board a Level 2 Support Engineer. In this high volume environment you'll be responsible for supporting end users, systems and applications for the wider business and working to an ITIL driven, ITSM based methodology.


Responsibilities



  • Provide hands on monitoring, troubleshooting, improvement and resolution cloud platforms, servers and applications

  • Introduce automation for common tasks via scripting

  • Act as an escalation for L1 Team

  • Contribute to install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation

  • Performing root cause analysis

  • Use insight & monitoring tools to solve users issues

  • Troubleshoot varies issues across sytems and applications



Technical Expertise



  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure Cloud

  • Experience supporting Windows (Server 2008/12)

  • Windows 10 OS

  • MS SQL Server

  • .NET Application Support
