For one of my clients based in Quebec, I'm currently looking for a L3 Support Specialist to join their Microsoft 365 support team.



Role & Responsibilities



  • Assist and support Microsoft 365 front-line teams in solving advanced technical issues with guidance and coatching.

  • Be the liaison with engineering teams and communicate technical information and update to operations.

  • Resolve escalated cases and advanced technical scenarios related to Microsoft 365 products.

  • Analyze gaps and build processes to rationalize, troubleshoot and escalate technical problems.



Skills & Qualifications



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B customer service or technical support

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Office 365 or Microsoft 365

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following produtcs: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Azure and/or Intune

  • Fluent in English
