Technical IT Support Professional - Copenhagen

My client, a leading player in the privacy and data protection industry, is actively seeking at-least 2 Technical Support Professionals to add to their current team. They are expanding due to the growth and success of their products which are used by over 250,000 customers globally.


My client has a very cool tech stack and encourage all those within the team to be active contributors, so if you want a role where you can advance your skill-level and be challenged on a daily basis then this would be for you.


Your primary task will be solving support requests of varying technical difficulty from their clients through Zendesk. Secondarily you will be answering general customer requests depending on volumes.


Ideally you will have had around 1 years experience within 2nd Line Support and have knowledge/experience of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
