You will serve as an integral part of the organization when it comes to leading implementation efforts for the Dynamics 365 platform. You will act as a liaison for internal and external teams to define requirements, coordinate discussions and agreements on design between stakeholders, develop business processes, validate said processes, and conduct assessments of processes and technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of specs related to new or updated business functions

  • Participate in defining, implementing and distributing new operating procedures

  • Lead meetings discussing the design review with internal and external team members

  • Conduct UAT's and train teams to use and maintain applications

  • Accurately and efficiently any troubleshooting functions related to systems

  • Ensure any issues are identified, tracked, reported, escalated and resolved quickly

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience leading Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 implementations

  • Retail and eCommerce experience is a plus

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong understanding of application programming, and system designs

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
