This leading manufacturer are experiencing growth and demand for their products online. They require an Support Engineer to join the business and act as the main point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests. They are offering opportunities to grow as a important member of the support team with lots of coaching and further development on offer. With the increased demand you can expect to be working in a busy environment resolving and diagnosing technical issues across the IT department .
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required along with good knowledge of Office 365 and associated infrastructure technologies.
